Clearly, much can be learned from observation...

First you must assess where the project was when it was set aside.



Don't let it overwhelm you, just grab those needles!

Make sure you keep excellent tension on your yarn.



Sometimes you need to pull the yarn an arm's length to have enough.



Bite the yarn to break it off... it's what Grandma taught mom to do and what I will probably continue to do.
